but luckily, the rain stopped, and I was able to get my bike ride in on Sunday... Another personal best, which I attribute to the Foster's beer I had the night before. It seems that this beer is liquid power, and seems to give extra kick in my endurance training... Other than that, nothing too exciting, thank goodness that football has started back up.
